Rajpath Club has announced plans to build its third club, designed as a sprawling Oxygen Park and Wellness Centre.

The facility will span 300 bighas on the banks of the Sabarmati River, situated between Dholera and Lothal. Specifically, it will be developed on land in the Golana and Varna villages near Vataman Chowkdi.

It is located approximately 15 km from the upcoming Dholera International Airport.

The club has already completed soil testing at the site. The club considers the location highly suitable for large-scale plantation due to the availability of freshwater from the nearby Sabarmati.

The project is estimated to cost Rs 250 crore.

According to sources, land acquisition cost around Rs 130 crore, while Rs 120 crore has been allocated for development.

Approximately 25% of the land payment has been made, with the remaining balance to be released according to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the landowner.

Rajpath Club’s total corpus is estimated to be around Rs 600 crore. The club has also invested nearly Rs 250 crore into a second club currently under development near Kalol.

It is planned as a seven-star facility designed to be a weekend getaway.

The club’s primary focus is creating an OXYGEN PARK featuring lakhs of trees and landscaped green spaces across the 300-bigha land.

The project will feature a professionally managed wellness centre, a waterbody, a children’s park, and other recreational club amenities.

Senior Vice-President Dr Vikram Shah noted that the project was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s and Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s call to increase green cover.

Honorary Secretary Mishal Patel stated the land was acquired to offer world-class facilities for members alongside developing a large green zone and a modern wellness destination.

The plans for this third club were officially announced during Rajpath Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). 10 directors were elected unopposed. Additionally, six directors were co-opted, which included four new faces. The club’s board now consists of 40 directors in total.
