Tillman, $6 billion investment by Tillman Global Holdings specifically for Dholera, Gujarat
Tillman Global Holdings, US-based digital infrastructure firm is in advanced discussions with the Gujarat government to establish a hyperscale data center in Dholera
The project was a key highlight of the Gujarat delegation’s visit to the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos in late January 2026.
Location: Dholera SIR has been identified as the “strategic core hub” for this project due to its plug-and-play infrastructure and status as India’s first greenfield smart city.
The facility is envisioned as a future-ready hyperscale data center, designed to support next-generation digital needs, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing.
Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi met with Sachit Ahuja, Co-President of Tillman Global, to finalize interest. While an official MoU specifically for Dholera is the next expected step, the state government has already signaled strong support for land allotment and incentives.
