About the Dholera Fab
The facility in Dholera, Gujarat, will be India’s first 300 mm commercial semiconductor fab.It has a planned total investment of US$11 billion and is currently progressing rapidly in its construction.
The fab will manufacture semiconductors for a variety of applications globally, including automotive, mobile devices, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Prior to ASML, Tata Electronics formed strategic partnerships starting with Taiwan’s PSMC, granting them access to a broad technology portfolio (28nm, 40nm, 55nm, 90nm, and 110nm nodes).
